Super tolle Passform, auch die Nase hat gut Platz und kommt nicht an das Metall ran. Sehr sehr gut. Werde ich auf jeden Fall noch einmal bestellen.

Da unser 12 jähriger Strobel (Altd.Hütehund) seit langer Zeit Hochallergiker ist und sich selbst durch ständiges Kratzen wundlecken bzw. Wundbeissen würde stehen neben der Futterumstellung auf von Ärzten ermitteltes Futter und vierteljährigen Spritzen noch zusätzlich 2 Möglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Entweder dauerhaft einen Kunststoffkragen in dem es aber sehr warm wird und Probleme mit den Ohren hervorruft, da keine Frischluft drankommt und auch ein abschütteln nicht möglich ist oder ein Maulkorb. Dies ist in unserem Fall die bessere Lösung. Der Hund nimmt ihn gerne an, sein Gesichtsfeld ist nicht eingeschränkt und Luft kommt an die Ohren. Der Beisskorb ist leicht, über der Nase gut gepolstert und wird in unserem Fall nur sehr locker angelegt.

Aquistata per passare tedesco femmina, a mio avviso adeguata anche per un maschio. Se indossata correttamente e stretta bene non si sfila.

Für meinen Hund (Schäferhund/Dobermann Mischlingsrüde) optimal, Größe passt super auch laut Tabelle bestellt und er hat sich sehr schnell daran gewöhnt.Er kann gut abhecheln und selbst bellen.Die Polsterung an der Nase sitzt gut, nichts rutscht in die Augen oder ähnliches.

I like this muzzle as a precaution when I take my livestock guardian dog to the vet. It fits well and doesn't stress him out.

Après divers essais, baskerville et autres, j'ai testé ce modèle sur ma Malinoise. Elle vient d'un refuge, abandonnée, maltraitée. Du coup elle a besoin d'être de nouveau socialisée,rassurée, promenée en toute sécurité. Cette muselière bien que d'aspect barbare, est celle qui respecte le mieux son anatomie(long nez) et sa physiologie( haletements). Son nez est bien protégé par un coussinet en cuir rembourré, il est loin du métal. Elle respire, boit, halète, bref nous nous balladons sans problème. Mon vétérinaire m'a confirmé que ce système était le meilleur pour lui. Ce n'est que pour sa rééducation en toute sécurité mais c'est très positif.

It’s not great but I knew it wouldn’t be perfect fit as it’s the wrong shape for my dog but fits better than the previous one I got. So it’s okay for now. Would be perfect if I had the dog shaped head that fits into it. But like I said I knew that before it hence the 5stars still. Would recommend.

Artikel wird extra für große Hunde beworben. Mein Rotti hat auch ein großes Maul, wie ein Schäferhund. Der Maulkorb passt auch, aber mein Hund kann damit gar nicht mehr hecheln, wenn er schwitzt. Dazu ist er dann doch zu eng. Ein Hund kann aber sein Schwitzen nur mit Hecheln lindern. Somit ist dieser Maulkorb für meinen Hund nicht geeignet und ich musste ihn zurückschicken.

We bought this for our wolfdog, fit is on point and was the best muzzle, per her, compared to other muzzles that were plastic or silicone (she HATED the silicone one even though it looked so comfy). Although she is not an aggressive dog per se (aside from being picky about which dogs she likes in general [huskies are her fave]), she became aggressive towards the new husky puppies that we had purchased for her to be her companions after her bestfriend passed away and she became depressed. Though the puppies loved her, she didn't and would exhibit aggression. So to break the ice, we bought several muzzles and this one was the one she preferred the most. She didn't paw at it as much, the cage did not poke or choke her, it was easy to give her treats, she still was able to drink water, just not bite the puppies. It sat in her nose bridge comfortably and it was long enough to have space between the cage and the tip of her nose (some muzzles were not long enough and her nose would press on the cage, big no-no). She also had a hard time getting it off so that was a plus on our end.I will say that, being a metal cage and all, it does hurt when she pressed her head onto my leg or bumps it on us, but it's a price I'm willing to pay so that eventually she just calms down and accepts the puppies, which after 1.5 months she finally did and no longer needs the muzzle. I still keep it because on outings with other dogs, she's can be a little unpredictable. It does make her look like Hannibal, but that's a plus really lmao.TLDR; if you have a large, long nosed dog and need a muzzle, this is the best. It's truly durable, sits more comfortably compared to other muzzles, sized just right so that it has room between the nose and cage, and difficult for dogs to remove. Highly recommend!
