Had to return due to the plastic strap buckle…..which has a “lock” and “unlock” feature……..not unlocking so was unable to unbuckle strap to put the muzzle on.

I like everything about it. The dog can breath no problem and they can still taking treats from you! You can shape it to your dogs mouth. Just put it in hot water!

I paid $35.10 for a muzzle with a metal clasp for attaching the head strap to the collar strap, but received their $11.79 muzzle, same company. Muzzle should have metal clasp connecting head strap to collar strap so you can attach head strap after muzzle is in place and collar strap is buckled; the muzzle I received has a non-opening plastic buckle piece connecting the head strap to collar strap. The collar strap needs to be undone before you can slide the head strap loop through the collar to either connect or disconnect it. My dog is sensitive to having her head touched so while I'm acclimating her to wearing the muzzle I need to be able to attach/remove the head strap from the collar strap. I trust the replacement Amazon is sending is the correct item. The photo on the left is what I received; the photo on the right is what was displayed when I ordered the item. The item on the left sells for $11.79 and the one on the right sells for $35.10.
