Es ist eine tolle Bank für das Training zu Hause. Mit der Bedienungsanleitung ist die Bank einfach und schnell zusammensetzbar.Nach dem Training ist die Bank mit 3 Handgriffen auch sehr einfach zusammenfaltbar.

Very nice workout bench, I really like the leg extension accessory and that's the main reason I decided to give this item a try. The leg extension works as expected and is very easy to set up. The bench itself is very lightweight for its size. The assembly process was pretty simple following the included instruction booklet. The only problem with the bench is that sometimes when using it it moves a little, I wish it felt a little more sturdy.

Has a lot to it so if you only have one piece of equipment you can do a lot with it at a reasonable price

I had weight-loss surgery almost 1 year and 10 months ago, and after losing 180 lbs so far, I've wanted to add in weight training to continue to lose weight and stay active. I live out in the country, so it would be almost an hour to an hour and a half round trip just to go to the gym, so I wanted a weight bench that I could use at home. I saw this one and had to give it a try cause it was affordable and it can fold up, which will save me on space when not in use.I had my hubby put it together and it took him a little while to figure it out, cause the directions weren't always so perfectly clear. The bench is a nice size and is very sturdy... not at all wobbly. I live that you have the option to use both Olympic and regular weight plates, cause I like to save money by buying used weight plates at yard sales and most of the ones I find are the cheaper basic weight plates (which most of the weight benches I see are more for the Olympic type... at least in my experience). I love how everything is easy to adjust and fold up and set up, especially for me, who doesn't have much grip strength in my right hand due to nerve issues. The workbench is also not that heavy, so is ready for me to move it around without needing any assistance. I would definitely recommend this weight bench to anyone... especially if you are a beginner and just starting out... like me. It's also great for those who want some home gym equipment without spending too much money.

This is a sturdy, multi-function bench that is easy for one person to assemble. It ships in a pretty compact box, and all of the hardware is clearly marked so it's easy to get the right pins and bolts in the right places. I like the fact that the bench has a wide range of angle adjustments, plus adjustments to the headrest for taller people. In terms of weight, so far I've only had a total of around 350 pounds on it, but it seems solid.

This is a nice weight bench - it goes together OK and the size is OK (a little small but OK for sure). The pads/seating area are a little thin but they will work, you can put a towel on top to get more comfort out of it. Note that the photos show weights - there are NO weights in the set but other than that this is good if you are putting together a home gym; you can find weights on Marketplace or similar.
