I'm ~115 lbs. I'm just starting out woth strength training. This is perfect for a beginner. Definitely some moments where i feel it wobbles. Definitely not for gravy weights. But a great addition to my starter home gym. Will upgrade when necessary.Update: after using it for about a month, the angle of the preacher curl pad is about 85 degrees. It's useless really. I purchased this so I can do reverse hypers. 45 degrees is my preferred angle, so I'm able to MacGyver it by releasing the leg extension and supporting my feet with bumper plates. Reducing rating.

You get what you pay for here. A good deal on an affordable bench to ease your covid madness as you're pumping your adjustable weights because gyms are closed to infinity.It did not show any images/videos but this bench IS FOLDABLE. Huge surprise. 5/5
