Used this vibration plate and loved it for 2 years and then it started making a loud noice that was too annoying to use. It took awhile for me to find their customer service and contact them, but once I did, they worked with me and are sending me a replacement and added one of their massagers. I would absolutely buy from them again just based on the customer service, but the machine was great too. I have missed using it and anxious to get the replacement.

LIKE: (1) The product is sturdy, and feels solid. (2) The product comes with a lifetime guarantee from the manufacturer, which is confidence inspiring, and shows a keen desire to maintain customer satisfaction. (3) The chair design is rarely seen, but what a great idea.DISLIKE: (1) The manual is too brief, and provides very few examples of exercises for the machine. (2) This is not helped by the lack of any manual on-line.WISHLIST: Can there be a higher chair (as an additional assessory), which can actually be used as a chair whilst the user is working at his desktop, or watching TV? I will buy that at any time.
