At my age I need to stay on my feet/legs to keep them strong. When I found this unit after searching for one that would fit my needs, I am very happy with it. Remote controlled, very solid, easy to use, and I have reached out to Eilison and got great answers. Thank you. Great product!!

Just received this vibration plate a few days ago. I have used it twice so far, and like it. The unit is light-weight, so easy to move around, but feels solidly constructed. The unit is very quiet, so I can use it while my wife watches TV.

Hello Eilison. This plate is awesome! I use it twice a day! It is 1/15/2025. I got my delivery on the 9th. I like that when you turn it on, there's already a set amount of time, but how do you put it on other settings? Thanks? And yes I found the instructions! Instruction do come with Elison!🙂

Arrived on time. Have used it several times and it works good. Have only used the lower settings.
