I ordered the largest size and my head circumference is 60cm, it's a good fit - not tight so it'd be uncomfortable but tight enough that it holds in place on my head. I've used this hat under my helmet for a few sunny rides and haven't needed any suncream, it's stopping my helmet rubbing my forehead when I get hot and sweaty too.

Zylioo Cycling Cap is great. It has the perfect size fit with right size visor. Based on my head circumference, I only need a small size even though they do offer many size options for larger heads. I really like the shiny & stretchy nylon spandex blend material that doesn't attract and trap dust or debris. It springs back to size and doesn't stretch and loosen up over time. The material wicks sweat easily and the center has mesh material for additional ventilation on very hot days. Inside there is a separate sweatband around my head that helps soak up sweat so none roll down my face. This visor looks great wearing it alone with visor up or down and it functions very well under a bike helmet. I wear this with my helmet that doesn't have a visor.

Zylioo S/M/L/XL/XXL Cycling Cap with Visor for Men and Women,Sun Protection Bike Hat Under Helmet,Summer Helmet Liner @ £11.99I was looking for a cap with a small sun visor for running, and this one from Zylioo nearly fits the bill, but with a few reservations.Pros:• Lightweight and compact when folded, making it easy to carry.• Good stretch and flexibility, which makes it quite comfortable once you get the right size.• The breathable mesh panel helps with ventilation, keeping your head cool.• The visor is great for protecting from both summer sun and low winter sunlight.• Useful for hygiene as it’s easier to wash than a helmet or helmet liner.• A relatively logo-free design, which I prefer.Cons:• Sizing may be small so think bigger• The manmade material, while durable, isn’t as breathable as cotton caps.• At £11.99, it’s slightly on the pricey side compared to similar options.Overall, it’s a solid cap with good features.Hope that helps

There are three bicycles in my garage, but 95% of my seat time comes on my road bike (around 3,000 miles per year). I religiously wear a helmet and a sweatband or skullcap. This cap seemed like a welcome addition to my collection. Even before climbing on the bike, though, I noticed that the whole "flip the visor up" concept was bogus: the people in the advertising copy are definitely wearing their helmets wrong in order to get the visor to stay up (I included a helmet company's helmet position advice for comparison to the ad copy: note how high on the head the helmet must sit to allow the visor to flip up).As for wearing the cap, I had only ridden about 1000 feet before I realized that with the visor down, my vision was partially blocked when I had my hands on the ramps of the hoods. That is frankly dangerous. Since I couldn't tip the visor up, I opted to wear the cap "teenaged-boy style," with the bill in the back. It worked. I can't see riding a road bike with the bill in front, although it ought to work for a rider in an upright position on a MTB, hybrid, or cruiser. YMMV.My head measures 22½ to 23 inches 5.7 to 5.8 cm) circumference; the large felt uncomfortably snug at first but turned out to be quite comfortable. I can't speak to sweat absorption or cooling because the temperature never got much above 60° F (16° C). As for construction, I noticed that the corners of that plastic sheet in the visor seem sort of pointed, and might tend to cut through the fabric in time.Overall, I like the fabric and the shape of the hat, but I doubt that I'll be wearing it for future road cycling.
