My family loves this. We put it outdoors the kids have a great time while also getting exercise. It was pretty easy assembly. We chose to do a water base and have no issues. Gloves are high quality. It’s such a relief to have found this as I couldn’t put a hole in the ceiling for a hanging one. I’m happy with this product.

Fun bag for the kids and some light weight drills. Id recommend this for indoor non commercial use. We have this outside now and it's been there for 3 days getting a beating from the sun and freezing nights, it's holding up but I wouldn't leave it for longer than that outdoors unless it's in the covered area. The base can be filled with sand or water and only needs to be filled about halfway (of just the bottom part). It's a little weird to fill because the base is connected to the top so air will come out when you open it. The best feature is the rechargeable air pump that's built in. All you have to do is push a button and wait a few seconds once If it ever gets low. Great light to middle weight training bag.

This is a lot of fun. I was skeptical that this could actually withstand my punches with just water in the bottom and air, but it surprisingly does. I can swing very hard and it pops right back up. I don’t know how long it will last, but it does feel like pretty thick and durable. I am docking a star because it does deflate rather quickly and to inflate it, you have to have an outlet close by to plug in the air pump (it’s heavy with the water so not convenient).

This is a starter punching bag for beginners. It has everything you need to get started, including the air pump. The bag is not heavy and full of material like heavy-duty karate bags. This one is easy for kids or beginners to use. There is less chance of injury using this type of inflatable punching bag. The material should hold up to light use. Heavy hitters may eventually damage this bag. This is great for dabbling into MMA or boxing. It does not take up too much floor space and you can store it out of the way when not in use.
