Nice simple sturdy machine. I am suffering from sciatica so I was a bit nervous about using it but after seeing a physiotherapist who thought a vibration plate could be helpful, I now have confidence to use it. I have only used it sitting down in a chair and on the lowest setting and find it nice and relaxing. Sciatica has not improved yet but only just started 10 minutes every day for a week so far.

I am new to vibration plate exercise but this unit is definitely a great one to work out with. The unit is very well built; it's solid and durable; it has the features of a full size type of vibration plate but it is compact enough to use at home and even to store it out of the way under a chair or couch or desk when not in use.There are a number of different work out sets pre-programmed into the unit so you can either use those or you can customize your own easily enough with the remote and/or the unit's touch screen controls.The unit comes with two resistance bands that attach to either side of the platform if you want to add upper body exercises to your routine and gain the added benefit of the resistance bands at the same time. I like this option a lot.I find that even just standing on the vibration plate is useful, as is just putting my feet on it while sitting on the couch watching television. Obviously, there is a lot more benefit from doing actual exercises that incorporate the vibration plate but you can still benefit from just putting your feet on it or doing pushups on it or just resting your arms on it and doing planks. I've been reading a lot about the benefits of the vibration plate and watching videos on it as well, and there are all sorts of different ways to get good results from such a product.This one by Yamo is really excellent quality and well built. It is solid and I feel very confident in using it without fear of it shifting or moving when it isn't supposed to. It is a terrific piece of equipment and I am very happy with it. I feel like I have already garnered some physical fitness benefits from it and I've only just begun.I would have given it 5 stars except that the electrical cord that plugs into the wall outlet is exceedingly short and that's just annoying. I have to plug it into an extension cord just so that I don't have to use it within two feet of a wall. I don't know why they made the cord so short but it's really annoying. Other than that, this piece of equipment is terrific.

I’ve never used anything like this before, so can only judge it in isolation. It seems to work as it should, in terms of the operational modes, controls and remote. It’s easy to use, not too noisy and quite fun to use. I quickly find myself bored though. I need something on the radio or TV to entertain me while soaking up the vibrations.Whether it fulfils the promises when it comes to the claimed benefits I'm really not sure.I can believe it will help relieve muscle fatigue, promote blood circulation and perhaps improve metabolism. Fat reduction? Possibly. But can it firm buttocks and slim legs? I’m not convinced. And can 15 minutes on this really strengthen muscles the way 100 sit-ups can (as suggested in one of the pictures)? How does it strengthen your arms the way 30 minutes’ swimming does? And so on with the yoga, cycling, jogging and walking claims.Ignoring that, it does seem a good quality product and the vibration is very effective. In that sense, it's a success. If you’re after a vibration plate machine, this seems to be an effective machine. Just don’t expect it to do all that's claimed for it (in my opinion) and you won’t be disappointed.

I bought this with some skepticism, but started was using this every day after long days of manual labor and really feel it working. I get to sleep faster and I don’t feel as sore the next day. I feel my body completely relax as soon as it starts up. I think it’s helping my spine too cause I don’t get much back pain after using this!Also a bonus I don’t get restless leg syndrome anymore. I do believe this is to thank for that.I went away for work and found myself really missing using this daily. Definitely the best purchase I’ve made this year for my physical well being. Wish I could take it with me when I travel!
