The toothbrush did what I needed it to but I thought it should include at least a small sample of toothpaste. Other than that, it was fine.

great toothbrush set for your cats. my cat is not too fussy when I bring these out and she will just chew the toothpaste on the brush

I ordered the dog version of this toothbrush kit. I have a similar kit from this brand that I purchased for our new little puppy, and I'm happy with the quality and it works well. She is slowly getting used to it, but seems to think of toothbrushing as a fun game of bite the bristles or the fingers. I wanted a second toothbrush set in a different color for our older dog -- up until now, we have just used a finger brush. Some days he will tolerate having his teeth and gums massaged with the brush, but most days he isn't having it. I thought the extra attention the puppy was getting might help calm him down enough for an actual brushing once in a while. He is slowly becoming a bit more accustomed to the brush, but he doesn't like it much, and I have to be quick, so I'm not very thorough. Maybe with time...The brushes are soft and the off-set handles are easy to hold and they are long enough for me to get inside of our dog's mouth and get to the back teeth. In theory, at least. The round brush heads are fairly small so it would take quite a while to do a thorough job, but I just do my best to get at a different part of his mouth in short sessions. The rectangular brush is larger, but our pooch doesn't like it at all. We have a small dog, so I don't know how well the handled brushes would actually work on a larger dog. The brushes are of good quality and the price is reasonable so I would buy these again.
