Das Barett sieht aus wie auf den Fotos und fällt größengerecht aus. Es ist aus angenehm leichtem Stoff gefertigt, so dass man es beim Tragen kaum merkt.Als Geschenk wird ein Set Aufkleber des Herstellers mitgeliefert.35,20 € finde ich noch preislich angemessen. Momentan gibt es 10 % Rabatt.

This is a nice velvet beret. It's got some structure but is still form fitting to you head. It looks good on. I like to wear it with one side peaked up, but berets have a lot of versatility in how you can wear them and everyone wears them a little differently.The workmanship on the beret is good. No missed stitches or wonky areas. The fabric is soft but a close cut velvet, so not fluffy or having noticeable plush. The benefit of that is that the fabric won't show different textures depending on how you have handled it. So it should look good on and not messy. The lining is a medium tan lining material which is a nice neutral that won't show as much wear as a white lining.My headsize is 23 and 3/4" (or 60.3 cm) and this just fits. It's not roomy but it's not overly tight. This is with the tie untied. If your head is bigger than that, this may not fit. Smaller and you can snug it up with the tie string. It's nice having the option of adjusting the size with the drawstring even though I have to have it totally let out.While the quality is good, the price seems high. It's really more of a $35 item although could go up to $40. But mid $50s seems quite high.

The beret shipped in a clear plastic bag (not ideal for sending as a gift). The description says "tweed pattern" - it is important to note that the material is not a true tweed, it is a wool and poly blend. It fits true to size and can be adjusted slightly using the drawstring in the back. The rim (lip) is contructed well and frames the face nicely. The rim does a good job holding the beret in place whereas other berets can often shift around and require frequest refitting.I'm not thrilled with how it sets with a high front. Usually a beret relaxes down for a round profile but this one has a more pitched profile. When I attempt to deflate the pitch, it doesn't reposition well. I played with it enough to get it into a more flattering shape. Once on, it feels secure. The fabric is very appealing with a pleasing texture and design. The beige is not too brown and not too eggshell - it's a classic color that complements all of the autumn hues and dark colors such as midnight blue, evergreen, merlot red etc. Be cautious of stains as wool can be challenging to clean. It won't protect you from rain - the design is too porous. For fashion, this is a good quality beret. Value for money is 3 stars - it is a little too expensive for the value.
