A really great quality wooden basket which is ideal for presenting baby shower gifts - and so much more! The wooden crate arrives flat packed and does need some assembly - Luckily, my partner took care of that for me, as I am awful at following written instructions. He says it was fairly straight forward to assemble, which is good. The finished item looks fab - I really love the little leaf detailing which you can choose to wrap around the handle or leave off if preferred. The handle doubles as a little clothes pole and there are a set of tiny wooden coat hangers supplied for hanging items from this. The crate measures 41 cm by30 cm with a base height of 20 cm - the handle/clothes rail measures 37.5 cm. I will be filling this with baby items including towels, muslin squares, baby wipes and more and plan to gift this to my niece, who has announced her pregnancy. This would also be great for weddings and celebrations too!

Firstly it didn’t arrive with amount of right screws as said on sheet.Secondly the instruction sheet does not even say to use screws ‘I’ but only ‘H’. There was not enough ‘H’ to begin with compared to instructions let alone after needing more than that to complete box. 22 ‘H’ needed, only had 17. Less than needed and less than instructions said anyway. ‘I’ screws not used on instruction sheet and too short to secure anything.Thirdly when screwing the top in, the screws went to far due to the hole at side being big so went through almost causing it to not be secure as you can see in pics.Fourthly the holes on box were not always in right position for screws to go in, had to force screws into different areas as holes slightly out.Luckily dads a builder so had lots of this type screws otherwise would have been unable to buildAll in all I put it together though and looks lovely.

This presentation crate comes with everything you need to assemble it to look as it is shown. It's larger than it looks as well, and would make a lovely gift for a mum-to-be. After receiving it, she could use it to store anything that needs to be in close reach such as wipes, nappies, a change of clothes for baby, and so on.It's easy to assemble, and while it does come with a small screwdriver, I used my cordless one so it was even quicker. The pieces of wood are smoothly finished with pilot holes pre-drilled. The instructions are easy to follow, and it took me about 20 minutes to assemble it.I've given it four stars though for the following reasons. The wood is very soft and is easy to dent, so please be careful when assembling. Also, the included wooden hangers must be laser cut because two had burn marks on them, which isn't attractive.That aside, it is a lovely giftable presentation crate that a mum will get good use out of after she has opened her gift.
