This gym chalk does the job—it improves grip during long and sweaty workouts and makes a noticeable difference when lifting. However, I was expecting more in terms of volume for the price. The block size or quantity feels a bit underwhelming, though it seems this is standard pricing for similar products.One drawback is that it washes off with sweat a little faster than other chalks I’ve used, but not to the point where it significantly impacts your workout. It’s a decent option, but I’ll likely explore cheaper alternatives next time. A solid product, just not the best value.
