Not cheap! Intended for Tamiya High Lift RC 1/10 kits and best purchased together due to complicated install procedure. Instructions are unclear concerning mode functions (and 'winkers' aren't functional while driving - yet). However, this purchaser is not aware of a more functional LED lighting kit, and you get lights / sounds / vibration / ESC, all in one. If you understand LED tech, available voltage has been underutilized in stock form. Several demo-modes are fun to show off and engine sounds are very realistic. The final effect draws much attention and many smiles!

This unit met my expectations and more. I does wonders and worked the first time around with minor adjustments/changes. A GREAT unit!!!

A must have to complete your scale Tamiya F-350. Lights and sounds are amazing and very realistic. It seems a little expensive, but in my opinion it was well worth it. I love this addition to my truck. Also works as an ESC as well. One less thing you will need to complete your kit if you get the Mfc-02 unit.

I bought this for my Toyota High Lift. Before buying this kit, I purchased an ESC for the truck & then realized upon receiving this that the MFC has a built in ESC. That's a pretty important fact they failed to mention in the description of the unit. Since Futaba doesn't seem to make the Attack 4WD receiver/ transmitter anymore I had to settle with the T4YF Skysport. The MFC 02 does NOT work with the Futaba 6JA... I tried it... the digital trim controls screw up the light functions of the MFC so remember you need REAL trims. In this case, less is more.If you're also running the Junfac 4 Link suspension kit, getting the Control Unit to fit requires ALOT of modification. Without it, everything will pop right in as stated in the instructions. Some of the servo connectors may have to be switched around also which is what I had to do. LOTS of trial & error with this kit. The lights, surprisingly, were all plugged into the right ports the first time around. Yay me.As of right now, the kit works pretty good. The sounds are remarkably on point & controlling the lights from the transmitter is amazing. Oh & the lights by the way are legitimate flashlight bright. You can easily run this kit in the dark. The only issue I seem to be having is the gear shifting controls; they don't seem to be working properly. When I'm driving, I engage the shift controls & the unit reacts with sounds & a jerk forward or backward but no gears seem to change.The unit can be set in "teaching mode" which allows you to teach the transmitter the different functions for the lights & shifting ect. Fortunately I didn't have to do the former because right out of the box all the lights worked. Shifting though, has to be taught & it is quite complex. It requires lots of stick/ trim manipulation. I tried for an hour & did exactly what the instructions said & it still feels like something isn't quite right.All in all I'm happy with this unit. I just think that there's a bit more complexity than needed. I mean you have to assemble the speaker for God's sake. They can't have that pre assembled? I just put together the most complex RC truck ever & I'm complaining about a speaker. Anyway, if you stick with this thing you'll figure it out & be quite pleased with the results. & if anyone has my transmitter set up & has figured out the shifting weirdness, let me know!EDIT: (2023 lol) After YEARS of thinking the MFC wasn't working properly, I finally found out that the reason the shifting wasn't working was because of the servo. It was DOA & never worked even tho it was brand new at the time of installation. Shifting has been working amazing for at least a year now.
