This takes up a huge amount of room & you have to put the top drawer to the highest setting to use it. In my dishwasher it was hard to get it stable but once I did the glasses cleaned. But my advice is wash your wine glasses in the sink and put other stuff in the liberated space in your dishwasher.

This is my first amazon review. I was taking glasses out of the dishwasher this morning and realised how brilliantly this has worked. With wine glasses getting taller and dishwashers less able to fit this and our hand washing not washing the glasses as well, I found this on amazon. I was sceptical that it would work. It does work brilliantly. It can be a teeny bit fiddly to hook the glasses in but it works really well for all of our tall wine glasses, champagne glasses and craft beer glasses and really easy to use. Recommended.

everyone knows filling a dishwasher is almost as painful as washing in the sink but in our modern lives, we believe it's better to fill the washer. I have had no broken glasses since buying this cool piece of kit. Not sure how long the rubbers will last but hey that is not only a dishwasher problem

I purchased this item for use with a particular Brand of Dishwasher and that it had been made for SPARES2GO to sell on. The box however was labelled ‘ AEG ‘ and SPARES2GO have advised that the item is a universal product. Had I known I could have bought the same item from the ‘ AEG ‘ seller for £2 less, a detail advised to SPARES2GO but they chose not to offer me a refund. Lesson learned.The product itself arrived promptly and securely and it fits neatly at the rear on the lower rack of our dishwasher but the rear prongs have to be folded down to achieve this. If you wash smaller stemmed glasses then the holder needs to be removed and fixed into the lower position and back again at some stage. Take care to ensure that the mouldings are the correct way up or you will have a channel full of watered down detergent which is very slippery and could potentially cause an accident when removing the glasses. It doesn’t take long to master it of course and the results are excellent.The product is worthy of five stars but my rating is three stars only because SPARES2GO advertised this product as a “ Collapsable Stem Glass Holder Basket made for SPARES2GO for use with Bosch Dishwashers “ whereas it seems that it’s actually a universal product made by or for AEG.

Serving its purpose. Working well with regular wine and champagne glasses.It is taking more space than I originally thought, and the security for the glasses could be more practical, hence 4*. Otherwise it would be 5*.
