I bought this as i had a bad fall broke arm 3 places and damaged left knee,so my mobility and confidence took a big hit .The arm exerciser is brilliant and actually relaxing , and your arms do hurt the next day after the work out.The bike part , persevere !, find the right chair and the right distance depending on length of your legs, i use the leg part separate as i need to hold the chair seat for balance at the moment but it works for me !
