I am a woman and I decided to go with this option so it can be more like a tshirt and cover more areas. My thinking was more sweat. Hopped on a treadmill in my garage and sweat until I can sweat no more. I usually wear a trash bag so this was just as helpful to sweat. It was comfortable. I should've probably gone up one size. I would recommend it. It fit it's purpose. I've used for a couple days and I like it.

This shirt will make you sweat like crazy. It snagged your skin so you might want to order the size if you don’t like that kind of fit, but it Definitely does the job

The shirt does its intended purpose. I find that it is a tad bit too long, and the sleeves are really tight up in the armpit. Other than that, it does very well

Love how tight it is on the body (I personally just like to see my belly so I’ll eventually see it shrink with time) Works up a great sweat, I took it off and there was literally like a puddle on the gym floor. Only con is that it smell horrible when you first open it. I don’t think that’s a good enough reason to take a star off so I’ll stick to the 5 since when you wash it, it goes away! If your looking to burn belly fat and target that area, I definitely recommend!!

good compression vest with the lower back and waist support keeps my whole core tight as I'm working out without being restricted yet I can lift properly without straining my muscles. btw, check out the size chart for best fit.
