This product helps you sweat when I first got this product it fit tight now after using it and losing weight it's fitting more loose Wich is a good thing with diet and exercise and this product you can lose weight I do recommend for people trying to get that extra sweat in there excersice

First time I put it on top of another regular tshirt and my hoodie and went to work after like 2 hours of just walking around the restaurant I work setting my staff etc I went to the bathroom and took it off my T-shirt underneath this amazing piece of art was soaking wet like if I was taking it out of the bucket of water it’s amazing so far I love it, no one noticed I was wearing it, just make sure you take plenty of liquids and this shirt is very confortable buy it …be aware you need to order 2 sizes extra it comes too small I am XL and I ordered. 2xl. Fits perfectly

Product does what it says. You will sweat for sure.Fight is tight but as it should be. Wear it under shirt at gym or around house. Only worn dozen or so times so will see how holds up for long term usage.
