I ordered a medium, I’m 5’3 210lbs. The size guide would put me in a XL. I’m glad I got a smaller size because it’s super stretchy. I’ve been using it for a week and my back rolls are gone. So glad I didn’t return it.

So I've tried sooo many different sauna suits and this one so far has been my favorite. The size is true to size, it is stretchy, quality of the product is good, it does what it is meant to do, functions as a sauna shirt, I like the inside material as it makes it easy to take off even when you are drenching in sweat. Would definitely recommend and would buy again.
