These cards are fantastic! I'm am RN and I swear every person should carry something like this on their person.I made sure all the people I care about have one.They are thick and durable. Laminating would probably be best after filling them out.But it's great to have your medical history handy so those that are caring for you in a medical emergency can do give you the best care possible.

I like the smooth surface and heavy weight of these Emergency Medical Information, Identification cards.I think I will send a few blank ones with each Christmas card I send, and with each birthday card I send, which will be nice to include with those greetings.I do think some of the format could be changed to give more room for medication names , dose, and schedule. Other items could be omitted.For example, Organ donor is typically on drivers license. Also people do not know their blood type and that information is less useful than people think in the event of the need of a transfusion for most people. People typically carry their insurance card so I would not have used a line on this card, which may be inadequate anyway for insurance information.However, overall, this card is a nice idea as a concept, and a good addition for most people's wallet.
