A very good film for vegetable beds. The red colour helps to reflect light, which is good for growing seedlings. The film is much sturdier than I expected, and is thick enough to prevent weeds poking through. It also helps to cut down on slugs and snails, and keeps more warmth in the soil. It is definitely worth a try, to give seedlings an extra boost in the spring.A nice, durable product at a very reasonable price.

I received this Red Mulch Garden Plastic Film (4ft x 25ft, 3Mil) and it works great! The quality is excellent—thick and durable, yet easy to cut and lay down. It helps retain moisture, suppress weeds, and keep the soil warm, which has really improved the growth of my tomatoes, potatoes, and strawberries. I also noticed that the red color enhances plant growth by reflecting light. A great product for any gardener! Highly recommended.

This garden plastic film arrives neatly, securely packed. It seems quite strong and I feel it will accomplish its intended purpose. January in the UK is not conducive for growing plants but come March I will be laying this into position confident the film will help the soil to warm up ready for planting out. I’ve not tried out this kind of product before and look forward to seeing what difference it makes to vegetable growth and harvest.

Not exactly the red colored as in the images where its laid down, but more like the main picture. Its a strong red color that can be seen from far away. This is perfect for putting under mulch in the garden without giving it that weird look as if it was black and you'd see spots. Easy to fold out (would have been nicer if it was rolled up), it is 1.2m wide and roughly 7.5meters long.While taking off the tape the material did stretch and left a white mark on it, so it is prone to discoloration if exposed to the sun for long periods, so I assume the images (not the main one) was taken after x days of sun exposure.The edges are regular, and easy to cut.

Not had chance to use this fabric mulch sheeting yet, but looking forward to trying it. Width is 3.9ft while it's length is over 25 ft. Red 8n colour, it can be cut to size easily with a pair of sharp scissors.The principle behind the mulch sheet is to allow water to drain through to the soil. Whilst weeds are prohibited from gaining a foot hole. Simply cut a slit or hole wherever you want to place a seedling.May be able to find alternatives that are better value for money. But as a free item for testing it will be interesting to see the results. Will update my review later in the growing season.
