I got the gray/black cap and the "one size fits all" was perfect on my large head. You could wear this hat alone or under a helmet. It is very thin material and the black panel is kind of like a fishnet so it breaths very well. Comfortable and attractive.

This cap is super lightweight and folds down very small. I mainly ordered it for keeping my head cool, since I have a tendency to overheat in the sun. Also my bike helmet doesn't have a visor, so this is a very handy addition. The fabric is quite stretchy, and it fits snugly on my rather small head. In my opinion, it looks quite odd to wear this cap on its own because it squishes the top of my head and disrupts the normal balance/proportions of the head overall, making it look narrower on top. It'll be fine when hidden under my helmet though. If you have a larger head or a lot of hair, this may not work well.

Helm-Mütze, sauber - aber leider nicht nahtlos verarbeitet. Und - die Nähte sind relativ dick. Das bekommen andere Anbieter bedeutend flacher hin. Je nachdem, welchen Helm man trägt und wie empfindlich man diesbezüglich ist, sind diese Nähte unter Umständen auch spürbar.Der Stoff ist ein dünnes Mesh, das bei heißen Temperaturen den Schweiß aufnimmt und damit eine leichte Kühlwirkung erzielt.

Weather or not to plan on using this for cycling this is a nice cap. It is very light weight elastic and easily foldable so it can you fit it your pocket. I ordered tis item to have handy in my car for sun protection while I'm out running errands etc. It prevents my scalp from getting sunburned and is breathable so it doesn't get too hot in the brutal AZ sun.The only drawback is the color I requested isn't quite true of the advertised product. The grey is more tiger striped than solid. Not a deal breaker.

It's basically a 'mesh' material and very soft. There is some sort of firm material in the bill of the cap, probably a cardboard or thin plastic. It fits comfortably. I haven't tried it on yet to see how well it wicks sweat, however it fits nicely under my bike helmet without any interference.

Perfect for cycling when the sun is rising or setting; the visor keeps the glare out of your eyes so you can see the road but is narrow enough not to block your peripheral vision. It's extremely lightweight, and the mesh helps keep your head cool. Recommended!
