Both times I've used it so far I was amazed at how simple it is to use and quite effective. Quite durable I have a dozen projects to try it on. UPDATE i did order a replacement when my unit started sticking and would not retract even no load. Safety issue. No documentation about contacting support at all. I got an immediate exchange freight free BUT this new unit acts exactly like the first one. Won't retract. The price is outstanding and materials great and I'll probably keep and use this one with known limitations. It's too bad.....

Ansich eine gute Alternative zu herkömmlichen Wagenheber. Jedoch mit Vorsicht zu genießen. Beim Heben funktioniert alles besten, beim Absenken kann es jedoch sein, dass sich der Führungsstempel im Inneren verteilt und das Fahrzeug dann schlagartig nach unten fällt. Auch fetten hat keine Besserung gebracht.

I have multiple jacks that mostly require hand pumping. This jack requires no pumping but rather and air compressor and valve to lift. The advantage is you control the lift by a simple valve control which makes it very easy to operate. It's lift capability also seems very effortless. I used it for leveling a foundation and could do so with very precise control due to the valve. It also seems to do a good job of holding it's lift for a period of time allowing you time to do your work. For safety reasons I believe you should use it with jack stands if working under a vehicle. I really like the jack and is my new favorite jack. This particular jack seems well made and is more heavy than you might think.

Pretty decent jack, airs up quickly and maintains very well. It has worked well for raising a z-turn mower to work on it.If I had to pick a drawback, it would be the release valve handle is too close to the air up valve which makes it difficult to start movement. Once it clears the other valve handle it works great
