I bought those adapters as I wanted to fit 1/8 wheels on my 1/10 RC car in order to gain height and speed. In my case, the center bolts were not as long as they should, so I had to buy from a local store longer bolts. In the picture that I have uploaded, I had put some too long bolts that I had already in my toolbox in order to see if everything fits and works as it should. No other issues. Quality is great and as expected.
