I use them as a mat. I wanted the astroturf look, just wish it didn't have the dog image on both. Like it is good to let people know dogs do their business, but my dog only sometimes does his business inside and hasn't since I got this for some reason.It's soft folds smaller and looks cool though.

Our dogs are fully trained to potty outside but have the occasional accident when we're not home to let them out. We always had a puppy pad down for this reason. We are working to replace disposable items with reusable items. This comes as a pack of two carpeted pads. They are a nice big size overall. The design is cute and funny, i hadn't even realized it was on there when ordering them. They resemble a door mat. The back is non slip and stays in place on our hardwood floors. They wash just fine in the washing machine and i hung them to dry. They are pretty absorbent and nothing has leaked through.
