This is a pair of aluminium snowboard display rack with wall fixings included. The rack itself consists of two black U-shaped aluminium brackets. Included is some anti slip material for the brackets so that your snowboard won’t get scratched. It is suitable for snowboards or skateboards and I use mine to display a rare skateboard I won in a raffle. It could also be used to store skis or lengths of wood or anything you can think of that would fit for display, such as a didgeridoo.

I received the U-Shaped Aluminum Snowboard Mount Storage to hang my son's old skateboard in my garage/home office. While it's technically meant for snowboards, I figured it would be perfect for the skateboard, and I was right!This mount feels rock solid. I have no worries about it sagging or bending under the weight, it has anti-slip adhesive strips, these strips provide extra peace of mind, knowing the board won't slip or scratch against the metal.I'm very happy with the U-Shaped Aluminum Mount Storage. It's a great way to keep my son's skateboard out of the way and add a touch of style to my garage/home office. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a sturdy and versatile way to store their boards.

These brackets are made of a very sturdy, 4mm thick powder-coated steel. (The listing at time of purchase says aluminium, but they felt too strong to be aluminium, so I checked with a magnet and also by scraping at the paint. Definitely steel, albeit not a tempered one.)The black coating, which appears to be powder coat, has a really nice matt texture and doesn't scratch away easily. I tried to remove some and couldn't do it with a screwdriver so actually had to grab a power tool.I wasn't completely convinced by the shape because I have some wide snowboards and was concerned that the ends could scratch the topcoat, so decided to try bending the steel slightly using a vice and just my bodyweight. The steel took a fair amount of force to re-shape, but bent without any sense it might snap and the black finish didn't crack or fracture at all.The adhesive padding strips are 25cm long. I cut these into 18cm and 7cm lengths to add padding to the tips as well as the curved dip which really doesn't need the whole amount and this worked out very well.The included screws were 25mm long, and of surprisingly good quality, as were the raw plugs. I would be confident using these on most modern walls or directly into wood. For older plaster walls you might prefer something longer however. The hole spacings on the brackets are a sensible distance apart. The gap from front to back gives a gentle tilt and lean forward with board in place.Fitting is straight-forward but you will probably want an extender to reach the lower screw-hole because the front tang of metal does get in the way otherwise.Overall I really liked the modern, minimalist look, the overall quality felt good, and finish of the coating was excellent.
