Granted, the listing does say that these songs are long and that they are for men as well as youth, these socks are so long they come practically all the way up my son's leg! I was able to try them on my own self and they're pretty nice socks. They've got some nice padding around the heel and they feel just fine and stay up just fine when running around.

I ordered the black socks for my 9 year to use when playing baseball. The fit is good and they work perfectly. The padding is a little something extra that helps when sliding or getting hit with a ball. A good choice for baseball socks!

These extra padded socks are perfect for sports. The are quite thick in terms of padding so safe for conatct sports. They are comfortable too on feet and legs. The colour is perfect to match any uniform and style depending in game and use. Price is average for these and sizing would be for teenage boy upwards.

My son plays baseball and the number one problem we have is finding socks that are long enough to stay put when he wears the knee-length baseball pants. We can never find socks specifically for baseball that will just reach up to the knees. Well, these socks definitely lived up to our standards. These socks are extra long!! When I say long, I mean long. It goes past the knee for him (10 years old). He loves it though. The socks are thick, too!!! You always want socks that are durable and can live up to the wear and tear of sports. These socks definitely meets all of our criteria so we're very happy!
