If you have stuff that needs to slide past, rotate around, scoot over or generally not stick to other stuff, then you need Inox food grade grease with PTFE. Food grade in this case doesn't mean you should eat it because you should not. It tastes terrible, especially on scones. But in terms of slidy-scooty-greasy fun, this stuff is the bomb. Highly recommended to keep some in your pocket at all times.

My oven was run on the clean cycle with the racks inside. After, racks would not slide and cleaning them with different products didn’t help. Wiped this lubricant on self racks and they glide with ease.
