This book makes some important points, but at its core most of the content comes down to asking questions, setting high expectations and challenging your team. I agree with all that but feel each chapter of 30 or so pages drags over mich of the same ground again and again.

Jeder der andere Leute führen möchte sollte dieses Buch lesen und wenn er die Anforderungen für den multiplier nicht entspricht sollte er es lassen

This book was recommended to by colleagues and I read it with a great pleasure. I found the leadership strategy described in this book to be a very positive, constructive way how to lead the team and make people around yourself smarter.

This is a wonderful book. The language used in this book is very simple. It can be easily understood and absorbed. All the ideas and concepts are very pactical and can be applied in any field. This book is in the list of my top 10 business books.

Shipped quickly and in excellent condition. Great read and easy to get through. I found myself rereading the chapters again and taking notes because the content is so rich and highly relevant to me.

Adorei a qualidade do livro, porém, fiquei frustrado porque a capa amarela é apenas uma folha que envolve a capa dura que se resume a uma capa azul. Contudo, a qualidade do material é excelente e valeu cada centavo.

Das Buch erinnert einen auf anschauliche Weise daran, dass man als Führungskraft - selbst wenn man immer nur die besten Intentionen für seine Mitarbeiter, sich und das Unternehmen hat - nicht immer der beste Supporter sondern manchmal eben eher ein Hindernis für Topleistung ist.Viele nützliche Tipps und Ansätze, wie man als Führungskraft die Mitarbeiter unterstützen, entwickeln und zu Topleistungen führen kann.

There are many good ideas here but the book is poorly written and is basically a puffed up Medium article.
