To be frank I bought these on cute factor alone. They've held out wonderfully over almost at least a year if not two. They do their job well and look adorable doing it. They're slim and don't have any sort of design which makes it so they don't impede one's ability to pack an lunchbox or cooler. If something should happen to these I would definitely buy more!

I, as a full grown late 20-year old, absolutely adore these ice packs - which I bought to put in my lunch box to help keep my food chilled over my 12 hour shifts (not to mention an hour drive to and from work in sometimes a very hot car in the Alabama heat). These work perfectly and are the perfect size for lunch boxes - even the smallest ones because they are not too thick like a normal cooler pack. The mama bear and bear cub are about the same width - with the mama bear just being about double the surface area of the bear cub. I bought the pack that comes with 3x mama bears & 3x baby bears, and I can find a combination of different mamas & cubs to fit my literal every situation in need of cooling. For my pretty small lunch box, I’ll pack one mama bear & one bear cub usually - depending on what I’m taking for lunch (if it’s a meat-heavy meal that really needs to stay cool dependent on the weather/season, I’ll pack maybe 2 mamas & 2 cubs and I am good to go for my two hour round trip and 12-13 hour shift! Even when I get home - any leftover food, the inside of my (insulated) lunch bag & the all of the mamas and cubs are at least still VERY cool. The liquid inside of the bears will not be frozen at this point when I get home, but they are still very cool to the touch & the inside of my lunch bag are still cold - thanks bears! Recommend for adults who are either packing little kiddos lunches for school - the bears are super cute and work beautifully and for hours, and feel sturdy enough that they could withstand the wear and tear (i.e. dropping, tossing, etc) that a kid could put them through & also recommended for adults who also pack their own lunches and snacks that are looking for efficient and slim/space-saving ice cooler packs that you would have been jealous of as a kid. They’re dumb cute.. way cuter and more fun than the boring bulky square ones found any time you’re looking for a cooler pack. If an ice pack for lunch/snack bags or boxes is what you’re looking for - get these. I never thought I’d be writing a lengthy review about ice packs for lunch boxes, but here we are? Will definitely repurchase if and when they ever need replaced, but I’ll probably purchase a few more sets to give to family and friends!

These are awesome for a child’s lunchbox or snack box. They keep everything cold till lunch. Probably all day too, we just haven’t used them for that long.
