This fits perfectly over my suitcase, I bought the extra large and it fits perfectly, the slit at the top caters for the handle and the pull up handle and at the bottom it has a zip to hold it in place as well as a strap fie extra security.

The small size cover did not have elastic support underneath so did not fit correctlymaybe this is why they were reduced.

Ordered this to help protect our suitcases for travelling. Not travelled yet but quality is great. Fits the suitcase, it has quite a bit of stretch so don’t need to panic too much about sizing. Even has zip bits for the side handles. Couldn’t fault them.
