This is a nice looking towel with silicon nubs on the back. It is slightly smaller than the width of the mat which I haven’t decided if I like or not. It absolutely needs to be sprayed if you don’t sweat immediately, so I bring a spray bottle. Once activated it grips well. My chief complaint is that in spite of the nubs, I don’t find the bottom half stays put particularly well, which is kinda a pain. The feel is not plush like the Manduka eQua, of which I have the hand towel. I wash it on cold and dry on low and so far none of the silicon has come off (which wreaks havoc with my washer and dryer.)Time will tell if I stick with this or go to an eQua towel.

This mat is extra large and high quality. It won’t slip and is very comfortable. It has great absorbency and washes well. I love the colors and would purchase this in other colors as well. This brand is tried and true and you can feel confident purchasing a product from this company. Great for yoga and Pilates!

I don’t have to worry about slipping on my mat when my sweat drips on it, so I can fully focus on my practice.

This yoga towel is great. It is completely skid less and won’t move. Which is my favorite part. It also absorbs any sweat and washed well. It is very thin and lightweight so it would be easy to throw in a gym bag. I feel like it is extremely durable and is much larger than I anticipated.
