These consumables are lower quality then OEM or real hypertherm consumables. They are cheaper but you do lose quality. Overall cuts thinner stuff for a cpl hundred pirces but getting less than 100 pierces on anything over 1/8". Worked well with lighter gauge steel cutting out signs but did not last long on thicker sheet steel. I will still buy them for the thinner stuff but use OEM for the thicker stuff.

Overall heavy duty but could be better (-1 Star) but still very well made...It looks good and feels good but could be more heavy duty if different materials were used.It is overall very nice but could be better is all.Good day & God Bless...Randall M. RueffK9RMR

The part number reflects a 65 amp comparable to the OEM Powermax product. The cut was on a sheet of 1/4" mild steel, a total of 245 pieces were cut with 245 pierces before the tip began to blow out. The plasma table owner is a local high school teacher doing things to get ready for incoming students projects. This tested the product fairly over an extended session. He was very happy about nozzle life and quality of cut up to the last ten pieces or so where some increased dross was present but the output was totally usable. The electrode continued in service to cut the remainder of the sheet after a nozzle swap. The attached photos show a piece at the beginning and the last one to be cut. As mentioned, he's happy and they compare very favorably to the OEM option at a good price.
