Kept things steady during every workout, even when shifting between different positions. No wobble, no need to readjust anything mid-set. Adjustments lock in quickly without that annoying feeling something might snap or shift. The extra bits are easy to put on and remove depending on what I’m focusing on. Everything feels built to handle proper sessions, not just the odd rep here and there. It’s not something that needs to be babied. Padding holds up fine after longer use, and nothing’s started peeling or flattening yet. After a full week of use, I didn’t feel the usual strain in awkward places, so positioning seems spot on too. Doesn’t feel like a compromise at all.

Absolutely incredible bit of kit. Solid as a rock, easy to adjust, and feels like it could take anything you throw at it. Got it set up in the garage and honestly, it’s like having a full gym station at home – minus the weird gym music and sweaty benches.Incline, decline, flat – all smooth. The preacher pad and leg extension add loads of variety, and that 600kg capacity? Overkill for most, but it’s peace of mind if you’re lifting heavy or just like gear that feels proper. If you’re serious about training at home, this bench is the real deal. Bench3000 Max lives up to the name.

Absolutely amazing bit of kit.At first glance it did look a little daunting when i had all the parts laid out on the floor, but if you follow the book it was actually really simple to put together.I liked that each step in the book has both a written description & detailed diagrams, so it was really easy to follow along & you know exactly what to do.I also loved that all the nuts & blots for each step was in separate bags & labelled step 1, step 2 ect which was so handy as it really does help to speed up the assembly process because your digging through a pile of nuts & bolts every step looking for items.Literally within 20 mins or so it was all built up & ready to use.Plus all the tools required to assemble the bench was supplied as well, which is always nice to see.The finished bench is a absolute beast & puts my old bench to shame. While using the bench, it feels so much more stable over my old one which really does help to add a lot of confidence in the product & i fully believe it could handle its claimed max weight capacity of 600kg, although for the majority of lifters & with what i tend to lift, i won't get anywhere near that limit, but it's nice to know it could pretty much handle anything i threw at it.I love that there's so much adjustability with this bench, there's 15 adjustments in total, there's 12 positions for the backrest & 3 for the seat, but it's a really simple process to adjust it so you can quickly get it set up ready for the next exercise in-between sets.It also includes a detachable leg extension & preacher pad which adds a lot more versatility to it as it allows you to perform a wider variety of exercises over a basic bench.Overall i've been extremely impressed with this bench so far. It's like main stream commercial grade gym equipment but for your home gym.It offers loads of adjustability & versatility. Was really easy to put assemble, all tools was included.Although it is really well built & quite heavy, it has wheels on the base so it can easily be manoeuvred around if needed.

The Keppi Bench3000 Max immediately impresses with its heavy-duty construction. Built with a substantial commercial-grade steel frame, it feels incredibly stable and capable of supporting significant weight – the advertised 600kg capacity inspires confidence for intense workouts. As a standalone bench, it fulfils its purpose remarkably well, offering a solid foundation for various exercises. The 15-position adjustability, with 12 backrest and 3 seat settings, allows for quick and secure transitions between incline, decline, and flat positions, ensuring a straight workout surface thanks to the synchronized seat and backrest movement. The high-quality stitching on the durable padding adds to the overall impression of a premium product.A key differentiator of this bench is the inclusion of detachable leg extension and preacher pad attachments, aiming to enhance its versatility. The integrated barbell rack is a thoughtful addition, accommodating both Olympic and standard barbells for convenient storage and weight adjustments, particularly for exercises utilising the attachments. The dual rotating sections with bearings on the leg extension unit are intended to provide smooth motion during leg training. However, the ergonomic design of the leg extension unit presents a notable pitfall. The placement of the foam rollers is not optimally positioned to facilitate a proper leg extension workout for all users. As a result, achieving full range of motion and effective muscle engagement can be challenging. Personally, I've found the leg extension more useful as a convenient storage solution for my Olympic weight plates rather than for its intended exercise function.Similarly, the included preacher curl bar and chain attachment, while aiming to add further exercise options, don't quite hit the mark ergonomically. The height doesn't allow for a sufficiently low starting position, limiting their usability for effective preacher curls for many individuals. Consequently, I've found myself primarily using the preacher pad without the provided bar, often removing the foam rollers entirely to allow for a more natural and complete preacher curl workout with a separate EZ curl bar.Despite these ergonomic shortcomings with the attachments, the core bench quality remains superb. As a standalone adjustable bench, the Bench3000 Max is a highly capable piece of equipment. It's sturdy, comfortable, and offers a wide range of adjustment options for various pressing and core exercises. In conclusion, the Keppi Bench3000 Max offers a robust and versatile bench that excels in its primary function. The inclusion of the leg extension and preacher pad aims to broaden its utility, but their current design falls short ergonomically for effective workouts. If you prioritise a high-quality adjustable bench and find the attachments potentially useful for light work or plate storage, this could be a viable option. However, if effective leg extension workouts are a primary goal, you might be better served considering the Keppi Bench1000 without the extension, or exploring other benches with a more refined leg extension design.
