I got this to help my kids with their karate training. I don't really have room to have a heavy bag, and I was hoping to find something like this which could be deflated and stored when needed. You can fill the base with sand or with water, I used water for the same reason of easy storage. It would take you a while to inflate with a hand pump, thankfully I have an air compressor and had this quickly inflated with a base filled with water. Filled with enough water to keep it popping back up when punched or kicked still allowed me to pick up to move when needed. The vinyl is heavy duty and looks like it can take quite a bit of abuse, and so far I've had no leak issues. The bag does come with patches in case one should happen. This punching bag was exactly what I was looking for and I'm very happy with it.

Works great, even with water! The height is perfect for me, my son will probably grow too tall for it before too much longer. I'm 5'4" and he's 5'9".Greta quality for the price.4.5 Stars

I got this punching bag to replace a cheapy one that's never been very good. This one seems much better designed, and it working out great for my 8-year-old. He uses it to practice his punching and kicking techniques as he works on his taekwondo moves at home.The biggest improvement he noticed with this version over our old one is that this one seems to have much less recoil. The base is wide and the neck is comparatively wide, as well, which is why it's not bouncing back and forth a whole lot after it's hit.This is never going to perform the exact same as the ones they have in the studio, because it doesn't cost $500+ like those do. But for the cost, this is a solid choice. No-frills but effective.

I just started training with a boxing coach and I’ve been looking for some way to train at home without having to drive to the gym every day. This Standing Punching Bag by Juoifip is fun to punch and it works for some real boxing practice but it’s different than punching a heavy bag.I filled the water reservoir ¾ of the way (so I can move it as needed) but it’s stable and sturdy with that amount of water. It’s also a great stress reliever – I highly recommend a couple punches at the end of a rough day!
