It fits my pup well and stays on unless he keeps shaking his head.I like this product very much and would buy it again

Definitely stops the ears flopping during head shakes. Of course the dog will try to get it off, we have it paired with a soft cone to prevent that. We’ve been using it for almost a month now and it’s just starting to be too loose to stay put. But overall we have been very satisfied and the dog doesn’t mind it despite her terrified look in the photos. (Enjoy)

I don't like this product but it could be because I didn't expect it to work like it does. It's big! I have a large dog, and it fits but there's extra material, which could be a good thing. My dog actually doesn't like it, so it doesn't call him down. It's got a thick heavy feel to it, so the quality seems sturdy, but I don't like the feel all too much. Easy to use if you can get it over your pups head.. again, it can be snug and your pup may fight against it. The color is good, black with some white stripes, nothing too crazy. My dog was stressed with this on so I can not say if it has a Calming effect by drowning out sound, or not. This was not what I expected, so that's why I can't say that it's a bad product with confidence.

I ordered this for my 12 pound senior daushund mix. He is 15 years old and has terrible anxiety. He is so afraid of storms, fireworks, and similar loud noises. I've tried so many ways to help him relax and calm down, but nothing seems to help. He also has seizures, and those are sometimes triggered by his anxiety, so I'm always looking for ways to keep him calm. I had never seen a product quite like this before. I guess the idea is to put this around their heads, to where their ears are covered, in an attempt to block out some of those scary sounds. Or at least minimize them. The size I ordered fits him decently well, and fits pretty much as it does on the dog on the product image. It's slightly tight fitted, and it extends from over his ears, to around his shoulders.It has been storming quite a lot where we live this past week, so it was the perfect time to test it out. My furbaby is always accommodating to whatever new clothes, accessory, or gadget I put on him. So he allowed me to put this on him, and he looked adorable in it, of course.However, he was still very anxious, and reacted mostly the same as he usually does to the thunder and storm sounds. I would say it helped minimally, mostly it seemed to aid in drowning the sound out a bit, if it started while he was already asleep. He did eventually hear it l, and reacted as he always does, but it did take him longer to hear it, and react. So I honestly call that a success. It's no miracle prodict, but I think the goal is to HELP to decrease stress, anxiety, fear levels, and it did do that, regardless of the specifics. Therefore, I would go ahead and recommend this product to anyone with anxious furbabies. Anything that helps at all is worth the buy, in my opinion.

This doesn’t really stay in place on my GSD. She is used to wearing an ear wrap in the vehicle so that’s not the issue. It just slides down her head then in turn down to her neck. We use ear wraps to help with motion sickness and they really help. Sadly this one doesn’t work due to not staying on.
