Die IdeaFormer Smooth PEI+Textured PEI Druckplatte ist einfach hervorragend! Ich benutze sie auf meinem Bambulab A1 und drucke hauptsächlich mit PLA und PETG. Die Haftung ist exzellent – die Drucke bleiben sicher an Ort und Stelle, ohne dass zusätzliche Klebstoffe nötig sind. Gleichzeitig lassen sich die fertigen Drucke problemlos entfernen.Besonders bei PETG ist die Haftung optimal – manchmal braucht es ein wenig extra Kühlung in der Gefriertruhe, um die Drucke leichter zu lösen, aber das zeigt nur, wie gut sie hält. Sowohl die glatte als auch die strukturierte Seite bieten Flexibilität für verschiedene Projekte.

Bara testat den texturerade sidan ännu men den har bra grepp och betydligt mer fingranulerat utseende. Smaksak men bra med alternativ. Användes till min A1.

item arrived well packaged and in good condition. just a bit of background for context i have been 3d printing for 5years now and know how to print PETG so when the smooth side of the plate started to first develop micro rindless i started using an extra thick layer of magigoo to make separation easier. alas on my last print it wasn't just rindless on a different section of the plate the entire coating came away with the print in to sections despite the glue and allowing the print to drop to room temp. had to return the product for a refund shame as it worked well till that point lovely smooth finish and well too good of an adhesionAn update on my purchase so after my successful return and refund of the sheet idea form contacted me and askes if i would provide some additional info on the failure. i was happy to help after a few messages they offered to send me a new sheet to see if the problem persisted after we verified i was using the correct settings to print with. i have upgraded the stars to 5 if nothing else the customer service deserves 5 stars and the product is a good sheet with a smooth finish, i think i was just unlucky with the first one. i would advise anyone to contact Idea Form before asking for a refund as they are more than willing to help there costumers.

Ich habe diese Platte bisher mit PLA und PETG auf meinem Bambulab P1S eingesetzt und bin mit der Performance sehr zufrieden. Das Muster zeichnet sich schön und dezent ab und macht sich gut, wenn auch die Unterseite eines Artikels interessant aussehen soll (z.B. Schilder). Die Haftung war absolut kein Problem und auch das Ablösen funktionierte einwandfrei, bzw. wurde durch Erkalten des Druckbetts ausgelöst. Ich kann keine Beanstandungen finden, daher volle 5 Sterne.

Ich bin mit der Druckplatte sehr zufrieden. Bei 10 unterschiedlichen PLA drucken von klein bis Großflächig war die Haftung ohne Unterstützung sehr gut. Auch bei ABS hat sich die Druckplatte keine Schwächen bei mir erlaubt. Ohne Unterstützung kam es bei ABS zwar zu leichtem warping an den Kanten , dass habe ich aber auch erwartet. Mit 3D Lack hält auch ABS absolut fest auf dem Drückfläche.

Das Druckbett ist nahezu genauso dick, wie das originale. Ich hatte schon andere Druckbetten bestellt, die dann aus sehr dünnem Blech sind und wenn man den Druck durch biegen ablösen will, verformen sich solche.Dieses hier nicht. Es macht einen sehr soliden Eindruck.Alle Ecken und Kanten sind sehr gut verarbeitet und sauber geschnitten.Es liegt absolut Plan auf und passt perfekt.Vor dem Ersten Druck habe ich es ganz einfach mit etwas Displayreiniger (nahezu normales Spülmittel) gereinigt und fertig.Die Druckhaftung war sofort perfekt!Im Drucker habe ich „Smooth PEI Plate / High Temp Plate“ ausgewählt und sonst nichts.Bei ca. 55°C haftet mein PLA perfekt.Zum Testen der Oberfläche habe ich kleine 5x5cm große Plättchen gedruckt und bin mit dem Ergebnis absolut zufrieden!Beide Seiten liefern top Ergebnisse!Preis-Leistung --> super!

Bei zu Hoher Hitze, schmilzt die Folie auf der Glatten seite..., habe desswegen ein Loch mit einer Blase!

Piano davvero interessante di fatto uguale all’originale. L’unica differenza sta nel fatto che un lato è liscio mentre l’altro è texturizzato (come l’originale di Bambulab).Funziona benissimo, ma come tutti gli accessori terzi, non “parla bene” con la stampante 3D. non avendo il qr code di riferimento, la stampante non lo riconosce e quindi ogni volta bisogno andare manualmente a dare l’ok alla stampante per poter procedere alla stampa.Nulla di grave però cosa che ci si aspettaGrazie per l’attenzioneRiccardo

Excellent plate. My only sad part is very (very) faint scratches/maybe deposition? from the rubberish hotbed surface when removing this plate and using the textured side to print on. The smooth plate shows marks basically.But I don't think you'll see it on a print at all, I was just little nervous of the quality of the PEI.This aside, the plate is excellent, done ~10 prints on it now textured and smooth and they all stuck well and had an awesome surface. Texture looks super high end/quality and the smooth is smooth as can be. No issues washing the plate with dishwashing liquid etc.Just remember to set in bambu slicer the correct plate!! And turn off build plate localisation setting so it doesn't nag you, or buy the stickers to add to it.
