No complaints at all. My current pads had a bit of life left, but you can see from the photo how much they had degraded (more than likely the originals as they’re Tektro pads). The replacements are longer, providing a bigger contact area which will only improve braking.Well presented, all components present and bought>delivered>fitted in less than 24hrs.Brilliant 👍

These brake pads look almost identical to some others I bought a few months ago from a known high-street bike store. I paid a fairly similar price for two pairs although they were on special offer at the time.I’ve not been entirely happy with those as the pads on my rear wheel have worn down considerably faster than I was expecting, so I’ve been able to put these ‘Icreopro’ pads on to see what they are like by comparison. To be fair to them, they have been pretty solid. The performance is no worse than the more established brand I had been using - and arguably might even be a bit better - although I gave my entire bike a long overdue clean down before I put these on, so that might be an overzealous statement. All the little fitment washers are the same as the ones I got on the old set, so I was able to get an exact like-for-like installation, with the right angle and depth to suit my bike.I think they are worth the money, but they might struggle to gain market traction in a field that is fairly brand-dominated.

So first, the good. The rubber on these are good. They are shaped nicely, and they are long, giving good stopping power. I'm afraid to report though, that the fixtures are flawed. First off, the components that come with these pads (the washers etc) are exactly the same as the ones that came with my cheap bike from you-know-where. There are two differences though. One, the metal posts are about 1mm longer than my original, which combines with an end bolt which is shorter than my original. This end bolt has an internal screw thread (for screwing onto the brake pad post), and at the end, a hex head (for tightening the bolt). As the bolt tightens down, the post from the brake pad gets deeper in, and subsequently more close to the hex head opening at the other end. With the post being that little too long, and the bolt being that little too short, you run out of ability to tighten a bit too early. I remedied this by a) using an extra washer from the part I took off my bike and b) using the original end bolt (which is a bit longer, with a deeper hole for the hex head). Of course, your mileage may vary, BUT, given the fact the hardware on these bolts is 90% a match for what I took off my old one, I'd bet lots of bikes will have very similar problems.
