Recently, my little sister passed away much too young from cancer. Everyone at her funeral had a story to tell about seeing cardinals on the way to the service. Now, cardinals aren’t entirely rare in our part of Texas, but they aren’t seen in great numbers, either, so this was odd. Everyone had seen at least one cardinal. I saw three. So, when I saw this ‘stained acrylic’ window I had to have it. It’s okay, given the price. I certainly wasn’t expecting the Chartres Cathedral, here. But there are several items of note that diminish it to far less than I expected, even at its price point.First and most important, it’s thick milky acrylic not clear acrylic, which means it doesn’t light up much even early in the morning when the sun rises in that east facing window. Of my attached pictures the smaller one is in the afternoon with the sun on the other side of the house, the closer view is in the morning with the sun shining DIRECTLY through the acrylic. Even so, it barely glows. And, as you can see, most of those lovely details around the outer edge are too dark to make out. This was highly disappointing.Second, it comes with a chain and a suction cup/hook for hanging it on the window. The suction cup/hook works great. The chain is not attached. You’re expect to do that. Not a problem except, the holes for those rings are punched too far from the edge for the rings to fit through. Without large enough rings, the chain and the ‘window’ can’t be connected. I finally cut a thin ribbon to use to hang it.It’s a pretty window and lightweight enough to hang on a suction cup safely. But there are too many details that were poorly thought out for me to give it more than three stars.

Hotiyok acrylic window hanging panel has a beautiful rendition of a red Cardinal on a branch. I found the artwork pleasing to the eye however this product has some very serious issues Why 1 stars?Hardware issuesThe first box that arrived had only a chain, suction cup/hook set, but no rings. The chain was not pre-assembled as described online. How was I supposed to hang this panel up?I asked for and received a second replacement box and that box had a chain, 2 rings, and a suction cup set. This chain was not pre-assembled either. So I got my needle nose pliers and carefully opened the link on the chain and attached one ring to the right side of the chain and the other ring link to the left side of the chain. I then attached both rings to the panel. About 45 minutes later I was ready to remove the protective cover, only to find the panel was missing film in some spots in its design. I was so frustrated after all that effort----- I had a defective panel too.I still had my first box and figured I would use that panel. I removed the protective cover on that one and that too had missing spots on the design. It looks like the artwork is on a film that is transferred to a clear acrylic disk; the transfer was not 100 % successful on both panels.This could have been a good product with an easy 4 or 5 star depending on the reviewer. This was a nice idea which was executed poorly. First incomplete hardware followed by issues in the actual transfer process. I do not recommend this productI included the missing designed areas . I know it difficult to see so I added arrows to help
