Works perfect on my Samsung 58" flat screen. Using it from tv to optical to digital converter. My surround sound reciever doesn't have HDMI for ARC nor a optical option. My tv only runs optical sound output for ARC. So this optical cable connected me Samsung to my reciever with beyond expectation results. Diggity.

Right now these are working fine. I needed them to connect a couple of Audio interfaces to my new audio interface.

I use these cables in a home recording studio with Frontier Design, Yamaha, and RME ADAT hardware. Works fine, and at a length that works for my sprawling setup.
