Adjustment very simple even with one hand under a busy project use this a lot for my laser engraving projects when I need slight elevation change

I bought a few sets of these things and they're real simple machinist jacks that could be made at home. My only complaint was that the threading on all but one of them was very loose. Also for such a small increment of movement it would have been a lot nicer if they were fine thread vs the course the manufacturer used. But they were cheap and did what I needed.

I am happy with them. I got a pair. Use them once and they hold the piece fine. Easy to setup because their low profile.
