The build quality of this item is excellent, with impressive detailing and finishing. I connected it to a 12V bench power supply for testing, and the results were impressive. At maximum sensitivity, I achieved a consistent activation distance of approximately 1.5 inches. On standby, it draws about 1mA, which is ideal for battery-powered projects. The output switches smoothly, delivering around 200mV less than the supplied power.All in all, this is a great proximity switch, complete with all the necessary mounting brackets. I would recommend it if asked.

I've had the sensor in operation for several weeks now and when the range is set at maximum the wood pellets are detected without any problem. Also dust on the sensor does not influence the detection. Works perfect.
