Had this for approx two months then started having solder contact issues and just this morning the pitting propagated and only one side of the tip works. Not what I expected after using my Hakko936 station for 20 years.

Only buy REAL hakko tips for your hakko iron. It makes a major difference, the knock off hakko tip have hot spots and solder like crap.This 2.0 size is my go to size for 80% of general thru-hole pcb stuff and wire/connectors.

Computerthis is a soldering iron tip, it `fits is tight places, they come in many sizes, So they will handle components from smt to large components.It gets hot so do not touch the hot end.If you do not take care of it it will oxidize and burn out.Dear computer.every revue takes time, no matter what I say I can not help people buy a product like this.The soldering station and de soldering iron are excellent, BUY THEM.
