Gebrauchsanweisung
1. Vor dem Training eine Gel-Tüte verzehren. 2. Während des Trainings alle 45 Minuten eine Gel-Tüte verzehren. 3. Nach dem Öffnen den gesamten Inhalt innerhalb einiger Stunden verzehren. 4. Nach dem Verzehr Wasser trinken, um die Aufnahme zu erleichtern.

I love Gu Energy Gels. They have a great taste and don't upset my stomach at all even when I use them during heavy exercise. They are easy to open and consume on the go. I purchased them on special and should have purchased more!

These are probably the best tasting gels I have used so far, they are also the most effective energy gels I have used when marathon training. Took one out with me on a 16 mile run this morning, vanilla bean flavour. I had some of the gel 5 minutes before and then once every 45 minutes while I was running. The taste is great, they are sweet but not sickly and I feel them kick in almost immediately. The only negative is the price.

I know there are cheaper ones out there by different brands but I decided to try this. Thick and and a great taste. I haven't tried all the flavours yet but early indications point to good things. If this is the same people who make deserts for sale in all major supermarkets then no wonder!

Tja Leute, die Sinnhaftigkeit dieses Produkts erschließt sich mir einfach nicht. Ich binn oft mit dem Mountainbike lange uns sehr lange Touren mit vielen Höhenmetern unterwegs. Gestern konnte ich das 1. Mal dieses Gel ausprobieren, da ich welches Geschenkt bekommen habe. Nach dem Verkosten war ich mir wirklich nicht sicher ob das wirklich zum Verzehr geeignet war, ich dachte wirklich evlt. handelt es sich hierbei auch im Shampoo oder Duschgeel, nachdem ich auch noch leichte Magenschmerzen bekam, musste ich die Verpackung genauer begutachten, tatsächlich diese Pampe ist tatsächlich zum Verzehr geeignet. Wirkung leicht spürbar, hält nur sehr kurz. Meine Empfehlung Snickers, das topt nichts. Das hier ist viel zu teuer und taugt nicht wirklich was.

Ich habe das Produkt am 12.05.2020 erhalten und das Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum ist der 01.07.2020! Dieser Zeitabschnitt ist für mich viel zu kurz und ich habe daher dieses Produkt sofort zurückgeschickt!

I love these! Use these for running and cycling. On par with SIS, but very different. These are much thicker, while SIS feels like drinking a liquid more or less. These one do give me burps sometimes, but not always. I have multiple favourites, like salty caramel, strawberry & banana the berries one.

A very good product, it could a bit too sweet for some... I am using this for a running marathon and trainings and it absolutely does the job.
