This is a product that looks quite pretty online and the photos really sell it well however it's a little bit different in reality. The metal is a bit thinner than I expected and not in an elegant/delicate kind of way but rather in a fabricated metal kind of way. In the photo the edges also appear to have a subtle curve to them which makes it appear really professional but in reality this is not so much the case. Don't get me wrong, it's still pretty and it doesn't look tacky when you are wearing it so I'm guessing these are only little indiscrepencies that you notice when you really examine it up close.My biggest issue with this product is that the pointed parts of the kanji are... well, pointed. I managed to stab this into my chest a couple of times on the first day alone. It normally lies quite flat on your chest but if you recline on your side then it will slide over and that is when it digs in. This is definitely not something to wear in bed or when being active, not that I imagine many people will.The necklace part itself is made of that black cord material that is common on cheaper necklaces and a metal clasp that is not too delicate to manage. The metal clasp section can slide around the front sometimes making it look uneven.I realise this review may sound a bit negative but this kanji necklace is alright and looks nice on. Having said that however, I wore it for one day and due to hurting myself on it a couple of times I took it off and haven't put it back on since.

Very cute but cool looking pendent, the Kanji (a symbol that represents a concept rather than a sound),Meaning 'LOVE'. Lightweight cut metal on a leather? shoelace type chain with a clasp.Great for anime fans and cosplayers!Perfect little gift, would be nicer if it had a pouch or box for presentation but that's just nitpicking at the price.
