Disappointing to notice that the connectors seem to have been used heavily (black plastic at the sockets have a lot of wear).

Sauber verarbeitet , maßhaltig mit Werkzeug (Schraubenzieher) und Schrauben zur Montage dabei ! Stecker (speakon) passt gut und rastet sauber !👍🏻

Die Steckdosen werden super schnell und sicher verpackt geliefert.Im Gegensatz zu anderen Herstellern ist das Gehäuse mit einer Metallabdeckung versehen, insgesamt sind die Buchsen sehr solide aufgebaut und fühlen sich sehr hochwertig und stabil an.Die Kabel könne aufgelötet oder mit Steckern angebracht werden. Für meine Zwecke (eine trennbare Kabelverbindung im Auto zu einem Subwoofer) ist das aber einwandfrei und ausreichend.Vion mir daher volle Sternenzahl!

Die Stecker sind etwas schwergängig aber sonst gut.Die Verarbeitung der Kunststoffteile könnte besser sein, die Metallteile sind gut.Die Mechanik ist solide und die Kontakte sind gut.Den Schraubenzieher finde ich etwas unnötig.

These speakon sockets feel solid and well designed. I like to use them when building or adapting speakers, as they generally provide a more positive and reliable connection than jack sockets.The metal plate on these chassis sockets makes them easy to locate, and plugs engage positively. Drill a 23mm diameter hole, for a snug fit and connect using spade connectors, or solder directly to the tags (without applying too much heat).This set of 4 sockets, comes with a small screwdriver and 8 screws, that can used to mount the sockets on a panel.Recommended.

I must thank you for these 4 'Speakon' Panel Mount Sockets for my loudspeakers. The reason I am delighted with them, is both my powerful amplifier and both loudspeakers use those old unreliable spring type / screw in connectors, which means, not only can the cable be pulled out easily, causing damage to the amplifier but also the bare speaker cables can touch causing real severe damage, and also be insertedthe wrong way round on the speakers or amplifier (+ - out of phase).These 4 Speakon Panel mount sockets from GCTBL will solve all those problems, and allow quick plug in and quick release at all times.The makers have even included the screws needed to apply the sockets in place of the spring loaded terminals, plus a cross head screwdriver too.I have include 6 images, these show old PA equipment with these old spring loaded / screw loaded wire terminals, and how these 'Speakon' Panel mount sockets will bring PA equipment such as this, up to date in every way. Thank you for a great product.
