I purchased this arm to mount my Samsung G9 to the wall for my sim racing rig. This is a great arm that I would recommend to anyone that has a Samsung G9 but there are a few things to note before purchasing the arm which is why I took off 1 star.The first thing is the price. This is an expensive arm to say the least and I feel that as time goes by, competitors will make something just as good as this arm for much cheaper.Unless you read reviews prior to purchasing the item, you probably wouldn't know a couple things about mounting something as heavy and curved as a 49" Samsung G9. The first thing you will need to purchase the heavy duty tilt pivot which is an extra cost. The regular pivot attachment that comes in the box isn't strong enough to hold this kind of monitor. The second thing is, if you are mounting this to anything besides a concrete wall, you will need to purchase even more attachments from ergotron just to make sure it's secure on something like sheetrock/drywall for example. This can all get very expensive as it will probably cost you over $500 for everything at the time of me posting this review. I truly feel for the substantial price this thing already costs, the package should include mounting hardware for every type of wall known to man at that point. I say this because I had the intention of mounting this arm to drywall prior to realizing I couldn't and quickly had to change my mounting location to an adjacent concrete wall just to keep the cost down.With all that aside, the mount itself is a beast. Make sure you have a friend to help you install the screen onto the arm as this will be very difficult for one person to do. The install itself literally took me about 10 minutes. Once the proper holes were drilled into the wall and I placed the mount on it, everything was a breeze. Slight adjustments were needed to the arm via the provided allen key once it was installed but nothing major. I can honestly say I have no worries of this screen falling off this wall. As you can see in my pictures, I can maneuver the screen in any direction I want and doing so is not strenuous at all. It takes minimal movement from the person moving it in different directions. If you want peace of mind knowing that you will have a solid mount for your G9, then this is the way to go. Otherwise, if you have a smaller screen, this thing will handle it like a piece of cake.

Definitely worth then money if you have an expensive heavy monitor. The quality is better than anything I’ve seen. Super stable, easy to install, good adjustability.
