These Pilates socks with grips have been a game-changer for my workouts! I've been using them for Pilates, barre, and yoga, and they've made a huge difference in my stability and confidence.The grip on the bottom is fantastic. These aren't the "outdated, non-stylish" tacky, these are the don't fall on your face tacky--the good tacky.The socks are very colourful; bright, vivid, floral. They're also comfortable to wear even when working out and getting sweaty.The price is on the higher end for socks -- about $7 a pair -- but the non-slip base and bright gradient colours lessen the blow. For special-purpose socks the price isn't bad.The rubber (?) base does a great job of adding grip and keeping me in place even when spread quite wide.Definitely a fan.

Wow, for the cheap price of these socks, you're getting a pretty good dupe for the name brand Pilates and yoga socks that are $16-24/pair. I tested them in four athletic reformer Pilates classes and one Pilates jumpboard class and they performed just like my more expensive grip socks. After testing and trying so many pairs of cheap Amazon grip socks in Pilates classes and mostly being a little disappointed, these are much, much, much better than the rest.I'm typically a size 8.5-9 in shoes and these fit my feet perfectly. The grip dots even cover from the tips of my toes to the edge of my heel. I hate when the dots cut off short of the heel or toes because that's where you need them in reformer Pilates. The leg and cuff aren't tight on me and goes to about right below my calf muscle.The grip dots are really grippy and there are enough of them to keep you from slipping. A lot of times, it's not that the grip dots don't work, it's that the fabric is too stretchy and moves around the foot causing the sock to shift while working out. I'm pleased to report that the fabric blend of these socks does not cause this shifting! Big yay as that's a common problem many of the cheap grip socks have when you actually start moving in them.The next pro was a real surprise. At this price point, the soles are not usually padded/lined (even if they say they are). These actually come with fully-lined soles that give the ball of your foot and heels that extra layer of cushion you need and want when on the reformer. You can see in two of my pics the terry-lined soles. Big plus here, big!Style-wise, the colors of these are so pretty and the rise/height of the leg is on trend. I can't pick a favorite color as I like them all so much. They also come in the cutest box that would make these a lovely gift to give.To launder these, I put them in my washer on cold and then air dry. I never put my grip socks in the dryer.Overall, these Pilates grip socks are a steal for the price. I'll definitely buy another set once this one starts wearing down. If you're new to Pilates, save some money by purchasing these and have three pairs for the price of one of the name brand's pairs.

I have a yoga mat, but some things have to be done on a hard floor instead. But my hardwood floors tend to be too slippery, and most of my socks don't really have any traction. I got these socks specifically for my morning yoga and pilates, and they've been super helpful.The socks themselves are very comfortable and feel nice to the skin. I was worried that my feet would sweat in them, but so far I haven't noticed any moisture - they seem pretty good at wicking that away. And they are actually super cute, which is an added bonus!But most importantly, the little traction bumps on the bottoms of the feet do an excellent job of gripping the floor. I feel as stable in these socks standing on one foot as I feel standing on both feet. This is not always the case with supposedly non-slip socks, but it's certainly true in this case. These socks are excellent at doing their job.And with 3 pairs in a set, you really can't go wrong.
