Fine blade and nice and sharp.Butchered my whole deer without touching up the blade, that's quite a significant feat for me as I like thing very sharp, this after having filleted a few fish the prior winter. The blade is good quality steel and thin, so it keeps an edge and cuts through anything without effort.
