The band and strap itself are good and can be held tight to help with injury. Where this falls down though is with the metal splits. They prevent over extension well but the part of the strap that they sit in is not of good quality. The stitching has split after only a couple of uses and the actual sleeve section is on the verge of ripping through simply through the act of bending the elbow
